Nothing but the Blood of Jesus

Hebrews 9:11-22. Patrick, one of our covenant partners preached. In the Old Covenant, animal sacrifices symbolized cleansing, but only superficially. Like a sanitizer that can’t reach all germs and only clean temporary and externally, our efforts fell short. Enter Jesus – the perfect, voluntary sacrifice, purifying not just outwardly but our conscience. The Old Covenant was temporary, external; the New Covenant transforms our inner selves. Now, we serve, love, and find rest not to earn but in response to Christ’s sacrificial love.Our children had a Christmas party too, and we are thankful for the new families who came. Look at the cute craft they made. Thank you for the many helpers/teachers who organised and helped out today. We appreciate each one of you.
