Do Not Harden Your Hearts Towards God

Hebrews 3:7-19, led us to inspect our hearts, or as Nick put it – carry out an internal audit to see what our relationship with God truly is. It is possible to know the truth of the gospel, yet give in to unbelief and harden our hearts. This unbelief will cause us to not be able to enter God’s rest – a place of safety, salvation and blessing for God’s people. Are we resisting from grumbling, which is ultimately blaming God for something we do not have? Or are we looking to Jesus and persevering in faith despite temptations to give in to unbelief?
