Called By Grace

Chad Cavanaugh, our covenant partner, preached from Ephesians 2:1-10. In this passage, we saw the urgent necessity of grace, the extravagant power of grace and the renewing purpose of grace. We are saved completely by God’s grace but good works is not completely irrelevant. Good works is not a cause but a product. Romans 6:1-4 says that our old selves have been put to death and in Christ, we are raised to new life. God’s grace in our lives is not just for us, but for others – in our homes, our workplaces, and in the city.

Because God has called us by grace, we can walk in the good works he has prepared for us.
